OPP Adhesive Glue for Dry Laminated Method
Tekacoat AR 8207B is an OPP glue, that is designed as an adhesive for adhering BOPP, PET, PVC, Metalize film on printed paper or printed cardboard, it eliminates most remainder of powder from offset ink and makes the paper or cardboard exhibit excellent transparency, gloss and smoothness; and the paper can still retain its high stability under the extreme applied temperatures. It is non-toxic, not harmful to human health and will not pollute the environment.

Application
Tekacoat AR 8207B is ready for use or diluted by 10 ~ 15% water before using. This adhesive must be evenly coated on the plastic film surface by roll coater; and after the resin is dried by the well ventilated machine oven at temperature 80 ~ 100oC, and it is then laminated under pressure 150 ~ 250 kg/cm2 at temperature 80 ~ 90oC. After securing the proper adherence of the plastic film to printed paper or cardboard, then do the cutting.
