Application
Typical Applications
Tekacryl PA 4842 suitable for waterbase 2K PU coatings, and waterbase 1K amino baking coatings also. The viscosity of the product mainly depends on the pH value, the pH value may be reduced during the storage process, thus the viscosity will decline, add a small amount of 10% dimethyl ethanolamine solution can restore the viscosity to the initial value. When make the one compound baking coating with amino resin, it is recommended to adjust the PH value of coating to over 8.5, to ensure good storage stability. Suitable for amino resin, like Cymel 303, 325, 327.. The temperature should be over 120 when stoving.
