VAE VC DA-905 is a non-plasticized terpolymer dispersion based on vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate ethylene. It can form film with aid of the suitable coalescing solvent at the room temperature. General speaking, DA-905 is used as general adhesive for best adhesion to a wide range of material. DA-905 also provides the fire retardance property for the effect of vinyl chloride content. In addition, DA-905 possesses the property of crosslinking due to special crosslinkable unit of DA-905. These properties together with the possibility of a reactive cross-linking make the emulsion an ideal base for compounders to formulate special tailor-made high performance adhesives.

Typical Applications
DA-905 is used for broad application in the wood industry. The crosslinking ability of DA-905 provides strong bonding between substrates. For fabrics and textile-related applications: Nonwoven Fabric Binder; Paper Impregnation; Car Sheet and Carpet Backing; PVC lamination DA-905 finds use in fire-retardant adhesives and coating.
